The Media's primary function, it seems, is not to inform or entertain, but as a tool for political and economic manipulation.We are presented a simplified view of world that is both incredibly violent and neatly contrived. It also represents a narrow slit from the vast panorama of human experience. A panorama that is irretrievably disappearing from existence. How can we nurture cultural diversity and harness the media for social, cultural and environmental benefit?
